Jim Belanger - President and Director
Mr. Belanger has served as our President and Director since our formation in November 2007. He developed the Gamer Doc franchise in 2007 and has been associated with the Gamer Doc system ever since. Mr. Belanger has been a 50% equity holder and member of J2D2 LLC since July 2008. From January 2007 to November 2007, he served as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Development and later as SVP of Operations for T Street Management, dba Play N Trade Franchise, Inc. Mr. Belanger also is 100% Shareholder of Trimax Health Systems, Inc. a manufacturer of health food supplements within the Health Food Industry, Trimax Health Systems, Inc. was formed in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Belanger served as COO of Faces Cosmetics, Inc. located in Toronto, Canada between January 2006 andDecember 2006; as VP of Heaven Sent Naturals, located in Tempe, Arizona between January and December 2005; and General Manager of Sunbelt Scenic Studios located in Tempe, Arizona from May 2004 to December 2005.

David C. Huether - Chairman and Director
Mr. Huether became our Chairman in November 2007. Mr. Huether has been a 50% equity holder and member of J2D2 LLC since July 2008. He was President of Taco Del Mar Franchising Corp, located in Seattle, WA from January 2005 to November 2007. Mr. Huether was also an investor and Board Member at Taco Del Mar between August 2002 And November, 2007. From January, 1992 to August, 2004, Mr. Huether was a principal with The PCH Group in Woodinville, Washington.

Buddy Phillips - Vice President of Information Systems
Mr. Phillips has served as our Vice President of Information Systems since September of 2008 and was a consultant for Game Dock, Inc. since the company’s formation in November of 2007. Prior to that, he was the Director of Technology for Taco Del Mar Franchising Corp for five years.
